This machine was designed to polishing the surface of the spiral wound gasket inner and outer ring

It’s a combined function machine, which can produce both grooving outer ring and chamfering inner ring of spiral wound gaskets. It can machine both stainless steel and carbon steel.
Humanized design: convenient and reliable clamp system, adjustable automatic cutter feeding, and using transformer to adjust spindle speed and feeding speed, which make the production very efficient.
Easy operation: after first time setting, the worker only need to put the ring on the roller and press clamp button to clamp it, then press AUTO, the machine will produce automatically.

Suitable for volume-produce.
3 driving rings. and the PLC size control system make the ring diameter tolerance very good. Producing range is diamter 180-4000mm.

To slit spiral wound gasket hoop 0.1-0.3mm thk, slitting size 3.6 4.8 5.0 8.0 10.0MM width for option.
